Sponsorship
To help to defray the conference costs so that the delegates can be offered affordable prices to attend, two levels of sponsorship are available to companies and organisations: gold and silver. In addition, specific items can also be sponsored
Gold Sponsorship: Cost £5,000 Before the conference
Two gold sponsors are being sought and they will receive the highest levels of publicity both before and during the conference.
- on the marketing brochure front cover, company name and logo, and 100 words of copy on the back cover.
- On the conference website, logo and name on the home page and 50 words of copy in the sponsors section
- Sponsors entry hyperlinked to its own website
- Sponsors details carried in the conference press releases
- Name and logo carried on the panels flanking the screen on the main stage, along with the organiser’s logos. The chair will name and thank the sponsors.
- 4 x 1.5 metres of exhibition space in the prime location of the sponsors area where refreshment breaks are served
- Listing of company details in the conference workbook
- Permission to insert one company brochure in the delegate satchels
Three free delegate places, normally costing £450 each
Silver Sponsorship: Cost £3,000
Two silver sponsors are being sought and they will receive substantial publicity but at a lower level than gold sponsorship.
Before the conference
- On the back cover of the marketing brochure, company name and logo
- On the conference website, name and logo carried in the sponsors section
- metres x 1.5 metres of exhibition space in the prime location of the sponsor’s area.
- Listing company details in the conference workbook
Two free delegate places, normally costing £450 each
Items for direct sponsorship
Conference Satchel: £1,500
The cost of 150 satchels overprinted with the sponsor’s logo and name plus the conference title and organisers’ names.
